Ansonsten:
Fröhliches Vollgascrunchen allerseits!
Grüße vom Sänger

Are you looking for a team with active members? Forums that aren't one dimensional? Live chat or IRC which people actually use? A truly international team of diverse individuals working toward common goals? Then check out Team Starfire World BOINC.

We are a young team of experienced distributed computing members with ties going back over 6 years. Stop in and say hi at our irc channel, irc://irc.teamstarfire.net:6667/team_starfire, or join through our chat client.

We'd be happy to have you join our team as we grow.

Stop in and see what we're all about!

Looking for a team with few members and a very simple web page? Neither was I. However, I did join FREE TIBET/ TIBET LIBRE anyway. Why? Simple. Keeping the idea of a Free Tibet in peoples minds whenever they see the team name. Join FREE TIBET/ TIBET LIBRE and help propel this idea to the top of the team charts.

Thank you

All Australians and anyone who is interested, is invited to join a team involved in all BOINC projects, become part of the Aussie Alliance and compete with the largest national teams.

BOINC@AUSTRALIA has a great member retention and participation rate, better than most other teams. Please pop in and find out why

We're here for the science but enjoy the fun. We have a team web site, active forum, team camaraderie and best of all great team members. If you're interested please click on the link in the team Logo.

* BOINC@AUSTRALIA is in striking distance of the top 15?
* We're ranked 19th out of 63,000 world teams for combined BOINC projects.
* We're the #1 Aussie team, with more than 120 Million credits - That's a lot of science!
* The team is active in all current BOINC projects.
* We're still growing and looking for more members in any BOINC project.
* Your existing BBC Climate credits come with you.
* Future credits from all projects will help build a powerful Aussie Alliance.
* BOINC@AUSTRALIA has over 1,000 members.

Together, we'll not only be the top Australian team, but in the top 15 of the world.

We are open to new suggestions, new members and new science. Come and look us over - You can check out our web site by clicking on the team logo below and also have a look around our forum. You can ask for assistance in the forum too.

Join us on our next "Aussie Assault". You really wont believe how much fun they are, and how addictive, until you been through the crunching frenzy.

On 1 August 2007, we will "Assault" our next project and crunch as much science as possible in a fortnight. Then we return you to normal programming. Until the next "Aussie Assault". :-)

Cheers,
Brodie

The Knights Who Say Ni! was formed by Lizard, our team founder. The name came from another international group, of the same name, that used to play on-line games many years ago. Since this group was no more, the name was carried over to the Seti project and there was much rejoicing. As the saying goes, "build it and they will come.", so Lizard started building shrubs and we all came, from all points around the world. That may be a rather silly way to put it, but, forming a club around a skit from a Monty Python movie to help the Seti project find ET is a rather silly thing to do also... So Lizard found himself surrounded by a bunch of rather silly knights, which he is now stuck with, but he doesn't mind, being rather silly himself...

The main goals of the team was, and still is: To process as many shrubs (WUs) as possible for Seti in the name of The Knights Who Say Ni!. To endeavor to be the top team in the Seti team rankings. And to have a fun time doing so. While never attaining the #1 spot, we have, never-the-less, made a name for ourselves staying in the top 20 teams, and the top 10 for a good part of the time, and we have had a fun time doing so!

PS- We also run about every project imaginable (and some that aren't).

How else could so few crunch so much?
