Hallo liebe Mitrechner hier bei Cosmology! SETI.Germany ist das größte deutsche Team beim wissenschaftlichen Projekt SETI@home, der Suche nach außerirdischer Intelligenz, durchgeführt an der Universität von Kalifornien, Berkeley. Auch weiterhin liegt ein Schwerpunkt in diesem Projekt, unter dem sich unser Team in Seticlassic-Zeiten formiert hat und seine Teambezeichnung fand. Neben Seti@home ist unser Team nun auch bei vielen anderen Projekten des Public Distributed Computing (Öffentliches Verteiltes Rechnen) unter dem Namen SETI.Germany vertreten und hat die 590 000 000 Credit-Grenze passiert! Die Themen der Projekte reichen von Astrophysik, Molekularbiologie, Chemie, Mathematik, Medizin, Rendering, Verschlüsselung und angewandter Informatik bis zum aktuellen Projekt hier Cosmology@Home. Auf unserer Webseite bieten wir weiterführende Informationen zu diesen Projekten u.a. in einem großen Forensystem .Das Angebot für unsere Mitglieder und Gäste umfasst außerdem eine Chatfunktion, eine ausführliche Statistik zu den meisten Projekten mit Seti.Germany-Beteiligung und mehr... Zum aktuellen Stand im ganzen BOINC:  Wenn Du jetzt Lust bekommen hast bei uns mitzurechnen, benutze einfach folgende Links: Diesen hier wenn Du bereits ein Konto bei Cosmology@Home hast und nur zu uns ins Team kommen möchtest, oder diesen hier, wenn Du noch ein Konto eröffnen möchtest (sobald dies wieder möglich ist). Hi fellow crunchers On March 24, 2005 Team SETI.USA was created to consolidate United States users and become the #1 SETI Team in the world. This goal was achieved within 24 months of inception thanks to the extraordinary efforts of our dedicated membership. To parlay that effort, and for the benefit of all BOINC distributed computing projects, Team SETI.USA’s commitment to extend beyond a single project has begun. SETI.USA is now BOINCing the world! As of September 19, 2007 we reached our second goal of becoming the #1 team in overall BOINC. We are now working on taking #1 in other BOINC projects. Join with us as we boldly go where no team has gone before! It includes some very cool features which you won\'t find on other sites of this kind. -FULL Team Member List, which shows you not only \'Full\' members, but also \'Partial\' members (those who have another predominant team but are crunching a few projects for the team displayed) -Target Calculator: You enter the Credit Target that you\'re aiming for, and you\'ll get a precise date as to when you should achieve your goal (excluding any outages and quorum issues, obviously)
