Limit the amount of downloaded tasks

All of a sudden, I have 20 tasks for processing. Some have completion dates that are only a day or two away and, because of the other BOINC projects I have, will not complete on time and will have to be manually aborted. ID: 21255 · Reply Quote

Hi Bob, you can play with the "Store at least / up to an addition X days of work" setting in Options -> Computing Preferences. I'm not aware of a per-project option, although maybe some of our other volunteers have a solution? Btw, aborting any particular C@H does not harm our results in any way, so its completely fine to abort or let them expire. ID: 21257 · Reply Quote
